0 Introduction — Scope & Who We Are
This Privacy Policy describes the information practices of MAFHH INTERNATIONAL LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the technology and data publishing company that owns and operates USFinanceCalculators.com (the “Platform” or “Site”).
This policy applies to all users who access USFinanceCalculators.com from any device, anywhere in the United States. It governs all personal information processed in connection with your use of our financial calculator tools, our contact forms, and our website in general.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Cookie Policy, Financial & Legal Disclaimer, and Terms & Conditions, each of which forms part of our complete legal framework.
1 The Zero-Tracking Financial Data Guarantee
USFinanceCalculators.com’s calculators are built using a client-side JavaScript architecture. Every calculation — from a 30-year mortgage amortization to a Roth IRA contribution limit check to a business break-even analysis — executes entirely within your browser’s JavaScript engine.
What “Client-Side Only” Means Technically
- No network requests containing financial data: When you enter a number into a calculator field and click “Calculate,” the browser performs the computation locally. No HTTP request containing your financial input is sent to our server or any third-party server
- No cookies written with financial data: Calculator inputs are never written to any cookie, localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB entry — even temporarily
- No server-side logging of inputs: Our web server logs record only standard technical metadata (IP address, page URL, timestamp) — never the values you enter into calculator fields
- Data cleared on page refresh or close: Calculator inputs exist only in your browser’s working memory (RAM) during your session. They are permanently deleted when you close the tab, refresh the page, or navigate away
- No cross-device sync: We have no mechanism to synchronize your calculation history across devices because we never receive or store it in the first place
2 Information We Do Collect
While we collect zero personal financial data from your calculator usage, we do collect the following categories of operational data to keep the Platform functioning and free:
2a — Server Log Files
Like virtually all web servers, our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard server log entries when your browser requests a page. Log file data includes:
- IP address (used for security and fraud prevention — not cross-referenced with calculator usage)
- Browser type and version (used for cross-browser compatibility testing)
- Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Date and timestamp of the request
- Referring URL (the page you were on before clicking a link to our site)
- Pages visited and URLs requested (which calculator pages you viewed — not what you entered into them)
Server log data is retained for up to 90 days for security purposes and is then automatically purged. It is not linked to any personally identifiable user profile.
2b — Contact Form Submissions
If you voluntarily contact us through our Contact Us page or via email, we collect:
- Your name (as provided by you)
- Your email address (required to respond)
- The contents of your message (support request, bug report, business inquiry, etc.)
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not added to any marketing list, not sold to third parties, and not used for any purpose other than the direct response to your message. We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months for customer service continuity purposes.
2c — Analytics Data (via Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized aggregate data about Platform usage. See Section 7 — Google Analytics 4 for full details.
2d — Advertising Data (via Google AdSense)
Google AdSense places cookies on your device for advertising purposes. See Section 6 — Google AdSense and our Cookie Policy for full details.

4 How We Use Collected Information
The limited operational data we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Server log data: Security monitoring, fraud and abuse prevention, server performance and uptime monitoring, and diagnosing technical errors — never for profiling users or building behavioral data sets
- Contact form data: Responding directly to your inquiry, bug report, business question, or feedback — and for no other purpose
- Google Analytics data: Understanding which calculators are most used, identifying technical issues, measuring Platform performance, and prioritizing new tool development — never for creating personal profiles linked to individual users
- Google AdSense data: Serving contextually relevant display advertisements that fund the free operation of this Platform — managed entirely by Google’s automated systems, not by MAFHH INTERNATIONAL LTD
We do not use any collected data for email marketing, push notifications, retargeting campaigns, lead generation, financial product referrals, user profiling, or any purpose not explicitly described above.
5 Data Sharing & Third Parties
MAFHH INTERNATIONAL LTD does not sell, rent, trade, or transfer personal information to outside parties for their direct commercial benefit. The only third-party data sharing that occurs on USFinanceCalculators.com is:
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4: Anonymized aggregate usage data is processed by Google Analytics 4. Google processes this data as a data processor under its Privacy Policy. We have a Google Analytics data processing agreement in place. No personal financial data is included in analytics data.
- Google LLC — Google AdSense / DoubleClick: Advertising cookies are managed by Google’s AdSense platform. See Section 6 for full details. Google processes advertising data as an independent data controller for its advertising products.
No lender, insurance company, investment firm, broker, financial advisor, credit bureau, data broker, employer, government agency, or any other party ever receives any data collected from USFinanceCalculators.com — except as may be required by valid legal process (court order, subpoena) from a U.S. court of competent jurisdiction, in which case we will notify you to the extent permitted by law.
6 Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites on the Internet
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to USFinanceCalculators.com and/or other sites
- Google may use the DoubleClick cookie and similar technologies to measure ad performance, prevent the same ad from showing too often, and detect fraud
- Google AdSense advertising data is entirely separate from your calculator inputs. Google’s systems have no access to any financial data you enter into our calculators
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s My Ad Center or the Digital Advertising Alliance tool at aboutads.info/choices
7 Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized, aggregate data about how users interact with our Platform. This helps us understand which calculator categories are most useful, identify technical issues, and make informed decisions about new tool development.
What GA4 Collects on USFinanceCalculators.com
- Pages visited and calculator categories accessed (but not the values entered into calculators)
- Approximate geographic location at the country and state level (not precise geolocation)
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet) and browser type
- Session duration and pages per session
- Traffic source (organic search, direct, referral)
Our GA4 Privacy Configuration
- IP anonymization is enabled: IP addresses are truncated by GA4 before any geographic data is stored — we never see full IP addresses in GA4 reports
- Data retention is set to 14 months (GA4 default minimum) — automatically purged by Google after this period
- User ID tracking is disabled: We do not use GA4’s User ID feature, which would enable cross-device tracking of logged-in users
- Advertising personalization features are disabled: We do not use GA4 Advertising features that would share analytics data with Google’s advertising products
8 Contact Form Data
When you submit our Contact Us form or email us directly at [email protected], we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry.
This data is:
- Used exclusively to respond to your specific inquiry
- Never added to any email marketing or newsletter list without your explicit separate consent
- Never sold, shared, or transferred to any third party
- Retained for up to 24 months for customer service continuity and then permanently deleted
- Stored in our email/support system protected by industry-standard security measures
If you wish to have your contact form submission deleted before the standard 24-month retention period, please email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and we will process your request within 30 days.
9 Data Retention
We retain different categories of data for different periods based on operational necessity:
- Calculator financial inputs: Zero retention — not collected, not stored, never retained
- Server log files: 90 days — automatically purged for security monitoring purposes
- Contact form submissions: 24 months — retained for customer service continuity, then permanently deleted
- Google Analytics data: 14 months — managed by Google LLC under their data retention settings; automatically purged by Google after this period
- Google AdSense cookie data: Varies by cookie type — see our Cookie Policy for per-cookie retention periods
Upon receiving a valid deletion request from a California resident under CCPA/CPRA or any user with a legitimate privacy interest, we will process deletion of applicable personal information within 45 days, with a possible extension of an additional 45 days where necessary with notice to the requestor.
10 Data Security
MAFHH INTERNATIONAL LTD implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect the limited operational data we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:
- HTTPS / TLS encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and USFinanceCalculators.com is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Our site enforces HTTPS across all pages.
- Client-side architecture: The most effective data security measure we employ is not collecting personal financial data in the first place. Data that is never transmitted cannot be intercepted, breached, or misused.
- Server hardening: Our web infrastructure is maintained with current security patches, firewall protection, and access controls limiting server access to authorized personnel only.
- Contact form data: Contact form submissions are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems.
11 California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have specific enforceable rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendment, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These rights apply to the limited personal information MAFHH INTERNATIONAL LTD processes (server log data and contact form data, as described in Section 2 and Section 3 above).
How to Exercise Your California Privacy Rights
To submit a CCPA/CPRA rights request, contact us at:
- Email: [email protected] — Subject line: “California Privacy Rights Request”
- Contact Form: usfinancecalculators.com/contact-us/ — Select “Privacy Inquiry” as your inquiry type
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. Where necessary, we may extend this period by an additional 45 days with written notice. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
12 Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
USFinanceCalculators.com is intended exclusively for adults making financial planning decisions. Our Platform does not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under the age of 13 years, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the updated 2025 COPPA Rule amendments published by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on April 22, 2025, with compliance required by April 22, 2026.
Our COPPA compliance includes the following practices:
- Our Platform is not directed to children and does not use child-directed content, characters, or themes
- We do not knowingly accept contact form submissions from children under 13
- The 2025 COPPA Rule amendments expanded the definition of “personal information” to include biometric identifiers — we do not collect any such data from any user of any age
- The 2025 amendments also expanded “online contact information” to include mobile phone numbers used for parental consent purposes — we do not collect phone numbers from any user
13 Do Not Track (CalOPPA)
Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), websites that collect personally identifiable information from California residents are required to state how they respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals.
Our response to Do Not Track signals:
- USFinanceCalculators.com does not currently alter its data collection practices in response to DNT browser signals, because there is no uniform industry standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted or honored
- However, because our Platform collects zero personal financial data from calculator usage regardless of DNT signal status, the practical privacy impact of our DNT response on your financial data is zero
- For analytics and advertising cookies, you can achieve the equivalent of DNT through the Google Analytics Opt-Out Add-On and the Google My Ad Center opt-out, both described in our Cookie Policy
14 Third-Party Links
USFinanceCalculators.com may contain links to external websites including government sources (IRS.gov, HUD.gov, CFPB.gov, SSA.gov, VA.gov) and educational resources. When you click a link to a third-party site, you leave our Platform and are subject to that site’s privacy policy.
MAFHH INTERNATIONAL LTD has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices, data collection, or content of any third-party websites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit before submitting any personal information to them.
15 Updates to This Privacy Policy
MAFHH INTERNATIONAL LTD will update this Privacy Policy as needed to reflect changes in our Platform, applicable law, or data practices. When material changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
